If you submit reviews, comments, or other content to the Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

The arbitration shall take place in New Jersey, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and us individually. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
